LuckRoll limited warranty
Draft policy: These terms are prepared for store setup and must be confirmed against the final sales regions, product documentation and service process before publication.
Proposed coverage period
LuckRoll electric bikes are intended to include a one-year limited warranty for the original retail purchaser, beginning on the documented delivery date. Coverage applies only to eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What is not covered
- Normal wear items such as tires, tubes, brake pads, grips and cosmetic finishes.
- Damage from crashes, misuse, overloading, water exposure, unauthorized modification or improper assembly.
- Damage caused by incompatible chargers, batteries, accessories or replacement parts.
- Commercial or rental use unless separately agreed in writing.
How to request service
Contact us with your order number, model, serial information, a clear fault description and supporting photos or video. Do not ship a bicycle or component before receiving written instructions.
Remedy
After inspection, an approved claim may be resolved through troubleshooting, a replacement part, repair guidance or another remedy appropriate to the confirmed issue and applicable law.
This limited warranty does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the buyer's country or region.
