LUCROLL provides a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for eligible original purchasers. Coverage applies to normal consumer use and does not include wear items, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, water damage, commercial use, or improper maintenance. Keep your proof of purchase and contact support before arranging repairs.

Available destinations, delivery estimates, taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. In-stock orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days; typical delivery is 7-14 business days. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Inspect the package at delivery and report visible damage promptly.

Contact us before returning an item. Eligible unused products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories within the stated return window. Used, damaged, customized or incomplete returns may be refused or subject to deductions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; shipping costs may be non-refundable.

Service providers such as Shopify, payment processors and carriers receive only the data required to perform their services.
